Windows 7 not responding problems

when a firefox tab is loading. when i press mouse button on other tab. it keeps saying not reponding repeatedly every time i press the mouse button until the loading tab finishe.
i reinstalled firefox it and it still has that problem

I would start by making sure FireFox and all its add-ons are up to date. Maybe uninstall and reinstall Firefox and its add-ons. That should do it.
