Installing web cam in windows 7

Hello, i've a phone which i need to be used as web cam..
i've installed my phone driver in windows 7..
when i connect the phone, i select a web cam option in it..
but i cannot open the web cam..
how to install d webcam driver n start it?

typically phones cannot operate as webcams, what kind of phone is this?
