In Windows 7, how do I retrieve a user account's logon password if I have access to the administrative account?

I don't think you can retrieve it as such, but you should be able to reset it under control panel>users

Are you trying to get a user account password, or a wireless password?

Orphcrack has been good to me in resetting password, but so will your admin account. I'm not sure you can find out the password easily without doing some work against the SAM database, but resetting it should give you access.
