Possible to change to this cooler.....

I have the ASUS A8N-SLI DELUXE mb. The chipset fan on the northbridge are noisy, it spins with 8400RPM. I want to replace the cooler from ASUS with a passiv cooler from Zalman(ZM-NB47J, http://www.zalman.co.kr/eng/product/view.asp?idx=71&code=014).

Do you think this will give enough cooling?
If not, do you have some good suggestions of other chipset coolers fans, which are more silently.

I would suggest a zalman "fan mate 1" rpm adjuster for your noisy northbridge fan. I simply unplugged my northbridge, and added some fresh thermal paste. The temps are now the same as with the fan.
