With no fee to pay? Do you mean how do you pirate it? Or do you mean how to play it without a fee after purchase?

Either way, there's no way to assist you. Pirating it would be illegal, and no one in their right mind would give the needed directions to do so. If you're wondering about a fee after you purchased it, there's no such thing. Just pop it in, install it, update it, and play.
