Best nForce4 SLI board?

I'm looking to build a new system with an Athlon 64, GeForce 6600GT (going to add a second one later for SLI), and 2x512MB OCZ Gold Series 2-2-2-5. What motherboard should I go for, I'm looking at the Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe and DFI nF4 SLI Infinity. Overclocking is not really a big priority, Sound is important, which of these boards (or any other nF4 SLI) would you recommend?

Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe has many problems associated with it. It's worth the extra $10 - $20 to go with the A8N-SLI Premium.

DFI boards are trickier to get optimal performance from than the Asus boards, but will in provide you with better performance in the end. However, I'd recommend Asus between the two of those since you're not OC'ing. Other's will come in here soon and give you their impressions of other boards (as I have no experience with them).

Thanks for the input, what type of problems does it have? The premium straight up looks cooler anyway.

So the Asus Premium is what I should go for then? Any opinions on DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 SLI-DR vs Asus Premium?
