answering the OP question, there were no release date announced for elders scrolls V

The Studio is quite busy with other titles at the moment. I wouldn't count on an Elder Scroll title for another 3-4 years minimum. That said, they are working on great titles (Fallout Series) and don't forget about the fact that Bethesda bought id...so they would surely be working on id franchise titles as well (Rage, Doom 4, etc.).
