Anyone Running the ASRock 939Dual-SATA2???

I have been looking all over to see what people are saying about this board. A few people have complained about performance dropping given the same RAM, CPU and Video Card after switching to this board.
Overclockers are not particularly happy with it either from what I have read.
I would like to hear more success/failure stories before I buy this.

Asrock is supposed to imply "Asus design at rock-bottom prices" methinks. Now, Asus already made some crap boards, in fact they made millions of MEW-AM boards for HP. Soo....

Inside sources say Chaintech will have a ULi M1695/M1567 board soon. I never requested the Asrock board, knowing the Chaintech would appear eventually.
