Hello,
I have a Laptop and it is windows 7, The desktop is split into two vwetical section and each vertical section comprises of 4 smaller windows. How can i return it back to Statuq Quo

Have you tried changing your display settings? To do so type "display" in the Start menu search box and choose "display settings". You can also check to see if there are updated drivers available by running Windows Updates.

If this is a new occurrence, you can try to fix it by doing a system restore?
