What is your budget and what do you want to accomplish?

If your upgrade urge is due to the fact that your current mobo is only agp 4x instead of 8x, IMHO don't bother. No real diff in card performance when in 8x mobo vs 4x mobo.

Your card isn't fast enough to take advantage of the performance difference between 4x and 8x.
