Hi,
My Photosmart 1215 does not push the paper all the way out onto the output
tray. This causes the trailing edge of the sheet to get caught, marked and
wrinkled as the next page begins to print. HP says I should replace the
printer and offered a nominal credit towards an upgrade. I suspect this is
not an uncommon problem (the exit problem, not the HP's paltry offer), and
that there is an easy fix for it. Does anyone know of a fix for this? I have
already cleaned and roughed up the paper feed rollers, and even tried
setting the paper size to 8.5X 11.25. Thanks in advance!
