Hello,
I have a acer laptop and it has Windows 7 Ultimate. I locked myself out and don't have another account. How do I reset the laptop?

Hi Melanie - If you happen to be on a domain, you can contact your system administrator to reset your password.

If you are not on a domain and you do not have any other accounts, you will need to reinstall Windows 7. To ensure that this doesn't happen in the future you can create a password reset disk http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/Windows7/Create-a-password-reset-disk

Remove the the regular battery and coin cell battery for 30 seconds and at the same time or try these tools:
