Where to find mini dmp files in windows 7

Hi
Im getting BSOD IRQL_NOT_LESS..... In windows 7 64bit . I have a new Asus P5Q SE and a 2.66 x4 CPU, 4GB mem. Nvidia 250 Video Card. I have updated all drivers nessesary, crosstested mem, tested with a NV 9600GT Videocard. Still same issue.   It seems like it only happend when I playing WoW. can play for about 10 - 15 min then system hang or gets BSOD, Have tested with a KG Sata HDD 160Gb no change.  

I cant find the minidmps to debugg where to find them ??
