I want to upgrade my daughters cleleron 1.2 to a P4. The motherboard is Kitty Hawk 1.5 it has a 370 socket. The OEM P/N is 4000757 by is replaced by MBDSCA. I want to get the correct biggest P4 this motherbord can handle. The computer is a Gateway 300SE PC ser#0026541495, any bios changes needed? It also has a intergated graphic card I need to also upgrade. All suggestions of course will be appreciated!!!

Going to P4 from P3 means a complete motherboard/ram upgrade. P3 and P4 don't use the same socket and P4 mostly use DDR memory while P3 were mostly SDRAM. And while your board might have(some integrated video motherboard don't) an AGP slot to upgrade your video card, you'll need to get a videocard. Better go for a complete kit
