You have to download programs called emulators in order to play consoles games on a computer. IF you want to play zelda 1 and 2 you would need a NES emulator like fcuex, if you want to play a link to the past you could use snes 9x, or you can use project 64 for OoT and Majora Mask.

As far as I know there are no fully working gamecube and wii emulators so you cant play Wind Waker or Twilight Princess. Technically you're supposed to own the original game before you can legally play a rom, but meh, if you can find em use em.
