.UMOD files wont install

hello,
i have downloaded unreal tournament MarathonResurrectionFinal game which was in *.UMOD Format.
it is shown as unrecognized file though iam using windows XP. when i double click "Open With" dialog box appears. pls help. i have tried various things like "UT99 Reg fix,Umod browser etc."but none worked. pls give me the best of the best solution
