ABit SE6 Mother Board

I recently purchased this ABit SE6 Mother Board and a P III 800E with Windows Me Installed. It seems to be running OK but when I look in System Information, Problem devices I see the following:
ACPI IRQ Holder for PCI IRQ Steering ACPI\*PNP0C0F\00000005 22
ACPI IRQ Holder for PCI IRQ Steering ACPI\*PNP0C0F\00000006 22
ACPI IRQ Holder for PCI IRQ Steering ACPI\*PNP0C0F\00000007 22

Can anyone suggest what this means?

I also have a 815E motherboard. I have similar error messages in SI. It has been this way since I installed Me. I haven't experienced any problems as a result.

i could be wrong, but i think that might mean some irq conflicts..
what cards do you have running in there?

again i could be wrong (probably ..hehe)

No. I'v gone through all of that. When I started trouble shooting, I pulled all of the cards and used the integrated graphics and these "Problems" still remained.

I've sometimes found that things disabled in the bios are still detected by windows, you may have ACPI function turned off in the bios but it's being partially detected.
Or you may have ACPI enabled, but Powermanagement disabled, this could cause it (maybe).
