evertime I try to play GR, it crashes me back to the desktop. I can only go as far as selecting tutorial or campaign but I can't really play the game. I tried updating my video card driver and the chipset driver but it didnt work. Ubi suggested i downgrade my driver to an older version (im using a GeForce 4 with a ECS board with VIA chipset but i didnt work. Any suggestions? Thanks!

You didn't go into detail, but I will tell you what you have and what you need by the information you gave me, tell me if I'm wrong.

You have an ECS-K7VZA3 motherboard with a Via KT133(A?) chipset.

You need to install the Via 4in1 Dirvers, version 4.38. Nothing higher, nothing lower, use 4.38. Unless of course you are running Winblows 95/98/98SE, then use 4.35.

Here is a link, scroll down to half page for correct drivers.

I will 99 percent garentee this will fix your problem. I had the same one with A-Bit KT7e with KT133E chipset, I found this tidbit of information out about using the older drivers only.
