How to install rise and fall pirate cd?

i have a problem. I bought Rise and Fall games from a friend, but i cant install it? i dont know what is the problem. can anyone help me? please

Why does your topic say pirate CD? If this is an illegal copy of the game, you won't get any help on these forums.

-1 for the ironic ending of buying an illegal copy, which is worse then pirating a free copy.
