Gta iv requirements

I have a Pavilion DV6-2110ea laptop and here's the system details:
Intel® Core™ i7-720QM Processor
RAM 4 GB
Nvidia GeForce GT 230M graphics processor 1GB
And win 7
do you think i would be able to run this game smoothly with highest graphic settings??

Well, with latest patches you can run the game fine, but not highest my guess, the GT 230 M is not a fast card, your i7 will help, gta is quad core heavy , and also Gpu heavy..
