SC2 Lags after system upgrade

Hello all,
I recently made three large performance increases to my system. I got an SSD for Win7, and a 2nd WD Caviar Black for RAID 0. I also upgraded to new Comcast internet (20Mb/s cable vs my 150KB/s SDSL with 0 ping). Now whenever I play Starcraft 2, I seem lag like a small female dog. And when I lag I hear my hard drives spinning up again.

Idiotically, I used windows to configure RAID (yeah I know I'm a retard). I feel this might be the issue. Though I heard that the Marvell SATA 6Gb/s RAID was crappy... so...

If anybody can provide some insight on my laggggg and terrible framerates I will praise you for all eternity.

My specs:

Asus Rampage III Extreme
Core i7 980X @ 4.0ghz stable
Asus ENGTX 480
12Gb Corsair Dominator GT DDR3 1866mhz
Corsair Hydro H-50
Coolermaster HAF 932 Blue
ABS Majesty 1100 Watt PSU
OCZ Vertex II 60Gb SSD
2x 1Tb WD Caviar Black SATA III 6Gb/s
1x Lite-On BR reader/writer
1x Lite-On DVD reader/writer w/Lightscribe

More about lags system upgrade
  1. Is StarCraft2 installed on the SSD?
There are certain issues with that game on a SSD.
Try installing again to a HDD.
  2. It was on the HDD, but I copied it to the SSD temporarily and the issues went away. I don't want to keep it there, though, since it's only 60GB and windoze takes up most of that >.<
