You'd best delete the post because the original one was moved to the OTHERS forum and baeyens was criticized BY 2, yes 2 editors in one thread, David Stellmack AND OMID RAHMAT. Omid's first post as well!
They were not too happy but did not engage in any kind of flaming nor any legal action, they were polite and asked him to modifiy some things so they look like parodies than copy.

Yeah, why would they have done that hu.. I wonder. Maybe because non registered people cant access that forum ? And because no one reads it ?

I only partially agree. They did not explicitly threaten me, but Omar subtly said there was cause for legal action, and for no reason whatsoever made it clear they would sue Van Smith. I find that a subtle threat. Im was scared to death :-) Although, according to his last post, it seems the case is closed as far as they are are concerned. Wise move if you ask me.

AS for the flaming..:

Its not a flame, and I dont take much offense, but its pretty close. Granted, I didnt spare him in my replies either.

You may want to (re-)read the thread. They still havent answered my question (well, not like I am the only one)about the fake picture either..
