You can get it from the Asus ftp site here
ftp://ftp.asuscom.de/pub/ASUSCOM/BIOS/Socket_A/VIA_Chipset/Apollo_KT133/A7V/

It allows you to change the multiplier in the bios like the Abit KT7.
But it seems that no one can get it to work.

If you have any luck let me know.

After doing more research, I would recommend not installing this bios just yet. It seems that it runs much hotter and none of the new features seem to work.

I have not installed it thankfully.

I found out by installing it a few minutes ago (actually 45 mins). Nothing works yet and it's not stable at all. HD Controller problems (luckily I didn't try to boot into Windows NT) I think. The HD light wouldn't go out and it wouldn't re-boot.
Keep your eye out for the next rev though as Asus is usually pretty quick about getting problems fixed.

People with unlocked processors who are experienced with overclocking have reported that it doesn't work. It seems that after you unlock the processor, you have to change all the dip switches to off and then you should be able to change the processor speed in the bios.
But it doesn't work so far. But it is still beta.
