I was able to resolve what I believe was an XP SP2 related issue. My
non-adminstrator users of my home machine (kids) could not print to the
network attached HP7310xi printer.

If they rebooted the machine their spooled output would begin to print.

My resolution was to removed the HP Standard TCP/IP port and replace it
with a Windows Standard TCP/IP port.

This was done from the Printer and Faxes explorer. Under the
File/Server Properies menu I was able to remove the previous port and
re-added it.

Thanks,

Dave.
