I'm guessing you're going with Dell simply cause of the credit so I won't suggest a more reasonable site like iBuyPower

That PC should be able to play it fine on decent settings, but I have to ask, does it have to be a laptop? You'll get a little more for your money with a desktop plus more, and easier, upgrade options.

Looks good to me. You got a 4 core processor and 4 gb of ram so that's good.
The main concern is the graphics card. The card sounds like a newer model so it will probably be fine. Would be nice if we could find a laptop graphics comparison chart.

From this http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/301069-33-which-card-5870-435m
I can gather a mobility radeon 5870 would be better and probably MUCH more pricer. Don't confuse a mobility radeon 5870 (laptop model) with a desktop pc version radeon 5870. Generally laptop graphic cards perform worse than their desktop counterparts.
