lh3000 netraid rebuild problem

hi all,
i have a problem with hp lh3000 server in particular the netraid
controller (raid5).
in the last mounth one of 3 disks (ibm 36gb) is marked as "failed".
i have changed the disk and when i try to rebuild the array the system
give me an error at 15% of rebuild.

what do i have to do for correct rebuild the array WITHOUT lose my data ?
