Can't remember the name of a game

A few years ago when I got my first PC(it was Windows XP), it came built-in with some demos for games like Polar Bowling, Diner Dash, some RTS, and some variant of Bejeweled. There was this one 3-D adventure/RPG that I am completely blanking on. The demo only allowed you to get to like level 5, or the 5th level of a dungeon/cave, and I think the character you used was a small human or hobbit. There wasn't much to do on the demo, and I don't think it had online capabilities, so I think the full version of the game was strictly single-player. From what I can remember of the graphics, they were pretty good(WoW quality or better).

I just can't remember the name of the game for the life of me and it's driving me nuts. Does anyone have any idea what I'm talking about?

Probably Fate by Wild Tangent. Great game IMHO.

And Fate 2 and 3 have also been released since 2005. It's kind of like Diablo light.

Fate can run on integrated graphics on low settings but can also be cranked up quite a bit. Not sure if it is up to wow quality though.

Well, I don't play WoW and that's really the only 3D MMORPG I know of, so I was just trying to make a comparison.
