Call of duty black ops

What are the pro's and cons for call of duty black ops?
Whats your opinion about the game, are you a fan or not?
I'm thinking of buying it but i want some advice,...
If you think COD isn't a good game what do you think of Halo reach?

Well COD:BO haven't come out yet in my area but I guessing its going to do relatively like MW2. Not so much a fan COD but I'll still be buying it.
