Diablo 3 speculated requirements

So, I want to build another rig, like a need one, a mini tower so I don't really want to overstuff it but I do want some game clearance. Would general consensus be i3 would be fine for D3 or should I go quad? Also 5770 video card or so?

Go Quad, don't settle on Dual cores and of course faster clock speed, the higher the better. 5770 is a great card but Nvidia works great for me and I would settle for GTX470 but of course it depends on your GPU particular choice.
