How do I overclock my athlon 1Ghz with the ABIT KT7 raid, this is the board supposed to do it but i'm new to all this and i dont know where to start! the tower i have is a full case wth 3 fans and i have a COOLER MASTER heat pipe on the athlon. What settings do i use in the bios, all i really need really are the correct figures to enter.
Also something i have noticed my CPU runs at about 30c put when i'm rendering in BRYCE the CPU overheat allert at 50C kicks in! is this normal for a a unclocked chip to get hot during work?

Yes, it is not unusual for a CPU to double it's wattage between idle and 100% utilization. You haven't seen nothing yet if your planning on overclocking.

The KT7 FAQ should answer all of your questions and more. Plus there are a ton of related links.
