I have a HP Scanjet 5100C that has started making a ratcheting noise and
will not pass the internal test.
I have read, installed updates, uninstalled, tweaked and turned blue in the
face. Does any one know how to re-calibrate the scanner, have a suggestion,
a manual, or a solution?
