I'm looking for the best PC golf game, I can play w/ my mouse, I'm looking for great graphics.

Probably EA Sports Tiger Woods 2008 - the last year EA made TW for the pc. Links in the early 2000s had great graphics for it's time.

And TW 2008 has a feature called true swing with your mouse. You take it back and forward to swing through your shot. Much better than the older mouse hold and click IMHO,
