They're 2 video cards that I heard of. Are they any good for FSX?

I heard of these 2 video cards. One is ATI Radeon HD5570 , 2nd one is: Nvidia GT420(OEM). Are they good enough to run FSX at high settings no lagging with a core i3 dual core processor @ 3.06 ghz speed. I Know GT420 is an OEM product. Which one should I consider to run FSX on? ATI HD5570 or Nvidia GT420? ![:??:]( ":??:")
Also 2 of the video cards mentioned HD5570 and GT420 also the dual core i3 @3.06 ghz fast enough to run FSX with full sliders to the right?
