My system was capable of playing on low settings when I was just using the Radeon 3300 IGP, so I would imagine you can do the same.

You should be fine, the CPU is the limiting factor. It meets the minimum requirements, but doesn't meet the recommended, so if you do try to play it, make sure nothing else is using up CPU cycles.
Also you need a constant internet connection, just FYI.

hey hitman9000,
Your RAM is quite enough to play it smoothly.
Your CPU is fantastic for AC2.
Your graphic card is a problem.
Actually u will be able to play it fine in low settings.
At full high settings your game will lagg due to your graphic card.
On the whole u have good configurations.
There will be no problem at all.
Just update your drivers if u want it on high settings.Otherwise it is fine.
Best of luck.

Updating drivers doesn't make a weak card strong.

yeah i know, but it has some effect.
i did not mean that he will be able to play in full high settings.
My purpose was that if he update his drivers.he will have some sort of advantage.
The most effective way to overcome the lagg of the game is by installing the latest patch for the game.
Yes but on the whole these methods or techniques have effect to some extent.
N usually by doing these things u can not feel the prominent difference.

BUT i have completely overcome the lagg of GTA 4:
As GTA 4 is a bad coded game.N u know that it requires both GPU and CPu.
Means it needs a high-end PC.But by using 4 different techniques i m playing it without any lagg on GT 220 (which is not a good graphic card for gaming).
I hope u understand my meaning of saying to update the display driver.

And now u r saying that you r having NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M.
    On which should i believe?
And u can not upgrade your graphic card because you are using laptop.

+1 , your laptop remains the same laptop you bought till you throw it away, no change can be done, as opposed to a desktop where every component can be upgraded-
