I just purchased a Procomp BST1M-E motherboard from Polycom Technology Inc. at a computer show in King of Prussia. I tried installing it with a 600 MHz Celeron CPU, 250 W power supply, 96Meg ram, 20Gig HD. I can get it to boot, but cannot get it to accept an operating system. Windows ME crashes while loading at 10% with an error code "SU0235". Windows 98 never loads at all but immediately terminates withan SUWIN error.

Neither the manufacturer PROCOMP nor vendor Polycom Technology have websites for feedback nor techsupport.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in Advance,

Say goodbye and throw your new motherboard in the trash, then visit ASUS, ABIT, AOPEN, and such for motherboards, then order one and be happy. If they don't have a web site for support, don't use their stuff, have a nice day.
