Slipstream for WinXP SP2

During the slipstream process to create the WinXP SP2 1 CD,
I got the error message:
"c:\win_cd\sp\WindowsXP-KB835935-SP2-ENU.exe is NOT a valid Win32 application"
The above exec file is downloaded from M$ site.
The DOS is running within WinXP Home edition. The whole O/S is on the hard disk formatted in FAT32 mode.
What's is the problem that the program does not want to run? How can I get it done?

My guess is that the program got corrupted durring the download. Download again. Is your PC 100% stable. Run Prime 95 or memtest86 (from dos) to see if you memory is randomly corrupting data.
