Xbox controller problems for moh

I am playing moh 2010 with a regular xbox controller with xbcd, my problem is that the fire button doesn't work no matter what key i assign it to....I have changed the config and test with win 7 built-in config settings....xbcd nor win 7 64 both say the the trigger works and is functional any help would be most appreciated as This game rocks. i like to play with keyboard and mouse but sometimes i will change up. Please help!!!!!

ps also used xpadder to assign one key with all others on default still nothing!

I wish I could help but I have not bought the game yet. I want to play it with the 360 controller, myself. Sadly get ready for a bunch if useless "why would you play a fps with a controller" type of comments.
