You are correct. The three extra family share phones are $20/line.
Some advice. Make tthe phone that uses the most minutes the primary
phone. It will be the only one eligible for New Every 2. Change the
plan on your billing date so you are not pro rated. The secondary
lines will not get NE2 but will be eligible for promotional price
upgrades.

3 of my 4 phones are VX6000s. I am very happy with them. They do not
have analog but that is becoming less of an issue these days and is
not an issue for me.

The VX 6000 has a stub antenna. Maybe its just me but my next phones
will have retractable antennas. The 6000 is a very good phone and gets
good comments in the forums. Another phone you may want to look at is
the Samsung a670. They were buy one get one free for a while. Maybe
still.

Just go to the hidden menu and disable all of the annoying VZW
animations. That was the first thing I did when I bought my phone. I
like to keep things simple and easy to read.

I don't see any animation stuff in the service menu for the VX7000.
Unless you are referring to the CDM8900 in which case I don't
keep them on long enough to worry. (I don't actually use any of
these phones except for the VX4400. The rest I use for BitPim
development and testing.)
