I use Norton Ghost for partion backups. But I need a good file level backup program.

I have nearly 40 GB of music I want to backup to DVD+Rs. I have other files that I need to backup as well.

I require.
1) Incremental backups to a standard archive such as .zip to enable access on all systems without any special software. What I do not need is backups in a format that is unreable without installing special software!

2) Searchable catalog of all backups so that I can quickly find what disc has what file.

I would like.
3) Ability to burn directly to DVD.

I don't need partion imagine/system backups, file version tracking ect.

Any recommendations?
