Which Monitor For PS3 Gaming?

Hello,
I am looking to get a monitor for PS3 gaming and so far am interested in the Samsung BX2450 which is 24" and would like to know if these is a good size or should I go bigger or smaller? I am going to play mostly FPS games and this monitor will be placed at a desk about 4 feet away. What is recommended viewing distance or screen size for these conditions?

For your screen size, 24" will be fine and actually recommended if you plan to output in HD to enjoy the full effect. More couldn't hurt but it is not necessary.
