PCI chipset not compliant to 2.1

Hi all,
I installed this PCI Plug-n-Play card and software called Xtreme98 that allows you to add tv, radio and video to your pc but when I try to run it, it says that my pci chipset is not compliant to PCI version 2.1 and I need to upgrade my PCI chipset..Does anyone know how to do this? I have a Intel 440BX/ZX chipset, P6F91 Pentium II-MMX CPU @ 350MHz...

I would say not possible but check with ati

www.atitech.com or www.ati.com
they may have some sort of workaround for their card
