I'd like it to have a speaker phone capability. I'm confused by the 'Network
Info' column in the matrix:, Tri-1X, Dual 1x, Tri-Mode. Which is the best
for someone who need the best nationwide coverage, often in remote areas?

Tri-mode is the best bet for full coverage. That means that in addition to
providing digital functionality that it also includes analog functionality.

Remote areas? As in analog only?
An old StarTAC 7868. It was the last phone to have full power on
analog. (It also had the best audio of any phone ever made.)
