Tbird vs Duron

I have two duron proccesors, a 600 and a 700. Both work great and for once the processor doesn't seem to be the bottleneck in my system.
My question is: Is there a noticable performance gain if I switch to a T-bird? What's the real difference? My 600 duron system seems faster than my neighbor's P3.
My system:
Duron 600 thermaltake fan
Asus a7v version 1.02
128mg kingston ram pc133
128mg generic pc133
ibm 15g 75gpx HD
internal zip
richoh cdr
affrey dvd
sounbd blaster live value
radeon 32m ddr
dlink ethernet
1ee1394 card
usb card reader
monsoon mm700 speakers

Here's a link to an article that compares the performance of various processors at higher speeds.

I've read in one of these reviews that the T-Bird is about 15% faster than the Duron.
