Keep in mind that the files listed on this page do NOT circumvent the BATTLE.NET online CD-Key protection!
A valid/legal CD-Key is still required to be able to play on BATTLE.NET!!!

Loader Archive v2.8b1 - 04-03-2002 [626 KB]

No-CD Instructions:
Install the game - Multi-Player Installation.
Install the Diablo 2: LoD Expansion CD.
Copy the following file from the LoD CD to the game directory:
D2MUSIC.MPQ
D2XVIDEO.MPQ
Apply the official Diablo v1.09d Patch.
Exit the Game.
Extract the LOD.EXE file from the Loader Archive to the game directory (or any other path).
Execute LOD.EXE to start the game and reconnect to BNET or FSGS.
Play the Game!
