Hi i have asked my self few times what ms is in gaming miliseconds or micro seconds???

for example if i have a 140 MS ping is ..... 0.0140 seconds???

i MS in gaming is One Thousandth of a second?? or one houndredth of a second??

It is milliseconds. That's .001 seconds. In your case 140ms = .140 seconds.
