I wonder what are the possibilities of overclocking with Athlon-C type of processors with older boards like MSI K7T Pro2-A ? What are the limiting factors? Is the chipset the limiting factor? It shouldn't be the processor.. Can anyone tell me about their experiences?

Anything above 110MhzFSB(220 efective) is a big no no on KT133s. You could increace the multiplier to get up the MHz but the biggest advantage of the C type CPU is the 133MHz DDR FSB. If you are not planning on upgrading the mobo you may as well not get a C tyoe CPU and get a normal 100MHz one.
