Burning CD for XP & SP2

When following your steps to copy the XP CD and SP2 to a disk- I run into a problem of files too large to copy. Your example shows somewhere around 650 Mb to copy using Nero- mine is around 1225 Mb! Have I missed a step in compression or something? The files to be copied appear to be the same in the examples- all steps went as per your description. Just my files seem to be TOO large...? Hoping for a solution...

Do the math:

(Size of files on WinXP CD copied to HD) + (Size of uncompressed files in XP SP2 update) + (size of both of them merged in XP I386 dir) + (space to generate that into an ISO) = ?

Autostreamer has an option to delete files as it goes, keeping the requirements down...

I have 3 ISO images of XP with service pack 2. One is 597MB, one is 586MB and the last is 633MB. Are you just copying files or are you creating an ISO image?
