I just returned one ClearChat PC wireless microphone/headset because the conector to the headset was lose and would stop chaging the unit. The second unit the thing won't stop charging and there is no mute light as the directions say there is and I cannot tell when the microphone is on or off. I finally was able to start the dictation training in Dragon Naturally Speaking 10 but it keeps telling me the signal strength is too low. I am not two feet from the Logitec USB memory platform and I even removed it from its holder and put it directly into the computer's main port and Dragon still reported low sound and speech quality. This is an expensive unit and I have other Logitech items and never once have I experienced problems like this. Is there a numbe I can call for direct one on one help?
