Retrieve Windows Live ID and Password?

So in the process of upgrading my computer, I realized that I don't remember my windows live ID and password. My game just automatically logs in. I wondered if there was a way to retrieve the ID from the config files or something. I have Bioshock 2 and I don't want to loose my saved games. It's through Steam if that changes anything.

I have already started something through windows live support. I wasn't sure if Valve would handle that since it is microsoft's service.

Figured out my problem. I forgot that I had created an offline account. In order to retrieve my saved games, I also had to transfer the GFWL folder in c:\users\appdata\microsoft\gfwl
