DDR Boards

When do the DDR 266MHz AMD boards come out for use with 1.0 & 1.1 GHz T-Birds, and how much more will they cost. Will the processors automatically take advantage of these boards? Will these boards still use a good chipset and be stable? How much faster will they be?
